As word hits the net that Beyoncé will premiere the “Official Visual” for her single Party on BETs 106 & Park this coming Tuesday, October 25, a remix of the song featuring Roc Nation’s J. Cole makes its way to the surface as well!
On the album, 4, Party features half of the Outkast duo, Andre 3000. I understand he will not make a cameo appearance in the video, he’s being replaced with J. Cole! Based on photos that were taken at the shoot in August, we know Bey’s former Destiny’s Child member and sister friend, Kelly Rowland is featured.
Kanye West hasn’t been removed the track, his voice is still ever-present. G.O.O.D. Music! One of my favorite singles from her newest album…
Listening to this makes me want to Party!
“Therefore I like to thank God and Ice Cube for Friday, ‘cause La da di….” What?!
This past June, Uptown Magazine paired Good Music’s nine-time Grammy Award winning artist, John Legend with British R&B songstress, Estelle, in New York City to model the hottest designer looks for fall.
In fashions from Halston, Jean Paul Gaultier, and others, Estelle and Legend share what signature pieces you can find in their closets, as well as an appreciation for each other’s style. About Legend, Estelle says, “That boy can hang a damn suit! John is Frank Sinatra with it.” John, whose parents were part-time tailors, says “Estelle has good legs, so she can get away with wearing some pretty funky styles, and it helps that she has good taste.”

Estelle, who’s slated to drop her album, All of Me, in October, performed her hit, Break My Heart, live at 106 and Park on Thursday, before heading out to become part of the New York Fashion Week festivities where she partied with Big Sean (who also appeared on 106 yesterday), Selita Ebanks, Alesha Renee, Corinne Bailey Rae and Maxwell!

It’s safe to say, Estelle is enjoying her time in New York City, on her web site, she posted, “had SUCH a blast tonight at Fashion’s Night Out I couldn’t wait to post these pics and tell you about it!”

They say the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree, it’s part of the reason Diggy Simmons decision to make music is understandable. The son of hip hop legend, Rev. Run, a third of the group Run DMC and nephew of hip hop mogul, Russell Simmons of Def Jam, Phat Farm, Rush Card fame, Diggy is creating a name for himself in the industry, recognizing his family’s legacy while blazing a trail of his own.
A few years ago, we saw his interest in rap music peak on his family’s reality show, “Run’s House,” now the 16-year old rapper is planning to release his yet to be named debut album. The first single, Cut, Paste, was released earlier this year and helped Diggy gain a ”Young Star Award” nomination at the 2011 BET Awards. This summer, he’s also headlining the network’s ”Closer to My Dreams” tour; the 18-city concert that also features Young Money’s, Tyga, teen group, Mindless Behavior, and solo artists Jawan Harris, Trevante and Lil’ Twist.
In this interview with Jet Magazine, Diggy explains how he’s allowing his music to speak for itself, his happiness with the development of his album and the standards that he’s setting for himself and his music.
Tomorrow, BET’s 106 and Park will host the World Premiere of Diggy’s video for Cut, Paste.

Kelly Rowland’s promotional tour for her third solo album, Here I Am, was on full tilt in New York City yesterday. On her album release date, the former member of Destiny’s Child started with NYC’s favorite morning show crew at Power 105.1, then it was off to Planet Hollywood before heading to 106 and Park and then ending the evening with a host of celebrity friends at Moet Rose Lounge for the Here I Am launch party.
After her interview with the morning crew, Kelly had all hands in, literally. Her stop at Planet Hollywood included a hand print ceremony and CD signing for her fans. After an outfit change, Kelly headed over to BET’s 106 and Park to chat with Terrance J and Rocsi.
A number of celebrities joined Kelly at the Here I Am launch party, which was held at the Moet Rose Lounge including Terrance J, Estelle, Tika Sumpter, Kevin Liles, Big Sean, Jessica White, Adrian Bailon, Andre Harrell, and her former group members Michelle Williams and Beyonce (I’m still searching for a picture of the trio all together!).

The Cast of The Game Covers Jet Magazine
The Game will air on BET next week (Jan. 11) and so much is popping right now, but you know TQC will keep it clean. ;)
In addition to Terrence J, 106 and Park host, joining the cast, I understand Meagan Good will also be seen on screen with the sitcom crew we love…
Check the clip below from the red carpet at the official screening of Let’s Stay Together and The Game. The cast of both shows, Ms. Debra Lee, and the creators of Let’s Stay Together were at the affair. Watch as The Game crew are introduced to the young lady that started the FaceBook campaign to get the sitcom back on air. Free is beautiful, love her! <3
